You have all the benefits of full service planning but now you have the PTBW team on location overseeing multiple events over several days including hotel accommodations, room blocks, transportation, and any off property excursions like wine tasting, cooking classes, or romantic cave dinners. Ideal for the couple who wants to immerse themselves fully with their guests on location so they can be present and enjoy every minute of their time together.

PARTIAL PLANNING + DESIGN ASSISTANCE
You found your venue now what? Our team will review where you are in the current planning phase and create a meticulous game plan. You’ll have access to our database of creative professionals along with access to our online planning portal. Our team will officially step in 6 months out and take over all planning, design, and detailing from there.

EVENT MANAGEMENT
This package is designed for couples who enjoy the planning process but appreciate professional support and resources. You’ll receive dedicated guidance from a PTBW Associate Planner from the moment you book. At the twelve-week mark, you’ll have unlimited access to your planner, ensuring every detail is refined and polished with the expert PTBW touch.
